  1. X-Comm Registration Policy Update

  4.     This archive contains an updated registration policy. We have had to
  5. change it due to several problems we had with cashing cheques. We only
  6. found out AFTER we had posted the origional that we couldn't accept cheques
  7. in the name of 'X-Comm Development Team'. Please make sure that all cheques
  8. are made out to 'Edward Lawford'.

  10.     We have also changed the policy, after some feedback from potential
  11. registered owners, to make it alot easier for you to register. We will now
  12. accept americans dollars in cash instead of asking you to convert it. We
  13. are prepared to wear the costs, as I found out how difficult it was for you
  14. people over there ! :-) Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  16.     Aswell as accepting American dollars aswell as Australian dollars, we
  17. will also be able to send you X-Comm through internet email. This is alot
  18. easier for both sides, as it can sometimes take weeks for mail to get
  19. through to half way around the world. Using internet, it only takes a few
  20. seconds. This means that you can have X-Comm almost as soon as the money is
  21. cleared.

  23.     If you would like this option, please mark which one on your
  24. registration form. Note that you MUST include your internet email address
  25. (Not fidonet or any other net) if you wish to use this option. Note that if
  26. you can use this option, we will also be prepared to send you your
  27. registrated upgrades free of charge through internet email on request (When
  28. you see a newer evaluation version on your local BBS, just give me a buzz
  29. and I can mail you through a new registered version).
